We welcome you at Bed & Breakfast Le savoir vivre and we kindly request you to familiarize yourself with these general terms and conditions.

Reservation,

When entering into a reservation, these general terms and conditions come into effect:

• Contact person, is the person who has made a reservation at Le savoir vivre by means of a contact form, e-mail or telephone contact.
• The contact guest must be 18 years or older and is responsible for his or her fellow guests and must have a valid personal documentation.
• Upon arrival, you must pay the outstanding full amount of your stay in cash.
• It is not possible afterwards, at the end of your stay, only for the additional costs of any Table d’Hôtes, drinks, lunch or picnic basket.

When a definitive reservation has been made and confirmed, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:

• If canceled more than 4 months before the arrival date, cancellation is free.
• In case of cancellation less than 4 months before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 50%.
• If canceled 2 months or less before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 100%.

In order to be eligible for a refund of any paid amount, you must notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

No refunds will be made in the event of early departure.

Liability,

The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users’ property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.

All risks related to your stay are for yourself.

Le savoir vivre cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the room in question, the guest indemnifies Le savoir vivre against claims in this regard.

Le savoir vivre is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as malfunctions and failure of power, WiFi, water supplies and technical installations.

Le savoir vivre does not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or goods during or as a result of the stay in the relevant room(s) and holiday home of Le savoir vivre.

The main guest named in the reservation confirmation is responsible for an orderly course in and around the room(s) concerned.

The belongings must be handled with care, the room must therefore be left tidy and decent.

This also applies to the use of items in the holiday home such as: the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor space and the outdoor area of Le savoir vivre

Breakage or damage must therefore be reported immediately to the owner by the guest.

Any repair and/or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner at his first request.

If, after checking out, it turns out that items have been left broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the invoice for the repair and/or replacement costs will still follow.

Le savoir vivre is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users’ property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.

All risks related to a stay are for yourself.

For your own safety and that of Le savoir vivre, it is forbidden to smoke or use open fires inside the rooms.

Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

The safety of your (small) child must be guaranteed by the parents or supervisors.

Internet

WiFi is available throughout the property. This service is free.

Parking spot

Private parking is free. Parking is available on site. Reservation is not necessary. Parking is at your own risk.

Pets

We love animals especially dogs, but our two dogs Bas and Do are very watchful and therefore also dominant, so dogs are very welcome in clear consultation and to prevent problems.

The responsibility of your dog lies entirely with you

There are additional costs associated with your dog’s stay.

The general terms and conditions are binding by means of an agreement.
